I have some exciting news to announce! 

As you know, healthy living is my life! I'm so passionate about giving our the best possible chance to perform at our best. Eating a healthy diet is a huge part of my healthy living lifestyle and one I promote to all my clients. 

I found out the hard way that even the healthiest people need to supplement their diets with good nutritional supplements and vitamins. I found this out firsthand when despite my healthy eating, I wasn't as full of energy like I thought I should be. I was more tired and more stressed than usual. I'll be honest, I was a little annoyed! I'm making all these healthy meals for myself, shouldn't I feel amazing?!
